THE SWOFFORD PROJECT

This client had an early 2000's house with great bones that they wanted to transform into a modern farmhouse. we did new bamboo flooring, new trim and molding, all new interior and exterior doors, painted the existing cabinets in the kitchen, all new quartz counter tops, a fire place remodel and a complete overhaul of both bathrooms. No farm house is complete without several shiplap accent walls so in the master bedroom and fire place we added some extra farmhouse charm.  In addition this house 

This was a long time client of our that had us do several projects over the years including bathroom remodel, custom tile inlay, complete custom shower install and tile, new trim and molding throughout the house and much more   

This client had a charming 1938 cabin on lake Osoyoos that they wanted to brighten up and update while keeping the charm. We kept the original shiplap and tongue and groove wood work but painted everything. In addition we installed a custom butcher block counter top with under mount sink, installed new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring and base trim. This reno also came with new electrical and mini split HVAC systems
